YOUR HEALTH IS IN GOAL, BUT YOU CAN RELEASE IT. There is a ton of research with supporting literature that indicates the whole of the future of your health, for good, rests on a stool with three legs. What are these three legs? NUTRITION, EXERCISE and STRESS REDUCTION. Stress is supposed to be the body’s natural response to a perceived threat that equips the body to RUN or STAND UP AND FIGHT. These days, threats have multiplied to the point where EVERYTHING IS THREAT! Consequently, the body never gets any “down time” from the RED ALERT STATUS. Our Nutrition has literally gone to the dogs. Never have we been fed with so much, but never have we been so deficient in nutrients! Our body is STARVING! What kinds of food do you eat? If it is made in a factory, JUNK IT! If it comes to you fresh from a farm, then eat it; but don’t cook it to death first. Our physical activity level has gradually reduced to the point where about 95% of the population now sit on their backsides for 23 hours a day! What does all this mean? You have confined your health to PRISON. Only you can set it free! Do you really want to?
